KTH International JSC has successfully completed the supply and installation of the wastewater pumping system for a 1,200 MW thermal power plant located in Binh Thuan Province, Vietnam.
Horizontal Shaft Pump (Q = 106 m³/h, P = 90 kW / 125 HP, H = 111 m, 3-phase 380V):
• Quatity: 02 sets
• Power: 90 kW / 125 HP
• Maximum Flow Rate: 144 m³/h
• Maximum Head: 130 m
(Operating point as required: Q = 106 m³/h ~ H = 111 m)
• Suction/Discharge Diameter: 80 / 65 mm
• Material:
– Pump Casing: Cast iron with anti-corrosion coating
– Impeller: Stainless Steel SS304
– Shaft: #45 Steel with chrome plating
• Shaft Sealing: Mechanical Seal (Carbon–SiC–NBR)
• Motor: YE3 type, IP55, insulation class F; 3-phase, 380V / 50Hz; speed 2900 rpm

• Quantity: 02 sets
• Power: 45 kW / 75 HP
• Suction/Discharge Diameter: 65 / 50 mm
• Material:
– Pump Casing: Cast iron with anti-corrosion coating
– Impeller: Stainless Steel SS304
– Shaft: #45 Steel with chrome plating
• Shaft Sealing: Mechanical Seal (Carbon–SiC–NBR)
