INTRODUCTION
The Swing check valve has a complete 100% flow area, low head loss and resistance to clogging. To ensure long-term reliability, because the valve’s reinforced rubber floppy disk is the only moving part, its integral O-ring provides a drop-proof seal under low and high working pressures.
The rubber flap check valve has a unique and simple design with only one moving part. The flap does not swing from the hinge pin; it just flexes open. The seat is at a 45° angle. The baffle moves 35° from opening to closing, usually before column reversal occurs. It has non-slam characteristics.

The valve does not require regular maintenance. At the same time, the combination of 45-degree seat angle, short stroke and the inherent memory of its flexible disc can provide quick closing and anti-impact operation. Recommended for water, sewage.

Wafer check valve is mainly used in industries such as fire protection, petrochemicals, textiles, papermaking, and high-rise buildings for the well of the water supply and drainage pipe network or the outlet of the water pump. It is a safety device to prevent backflow pressure and water hammer impact from the pipeline medium when the water pump stops and the water pump reverses.

INTRODUCTION
Body Test: .5 times the working pressure with water. This test is performed after valve assembly and with disc in half position open, it is called as a body hydro test.
Seat Test: 1.1 times the working pressure with water.
Function / Operation Test: At the time of final inspection, each valve and its actuator (Flow-Control Lever / Gear / Pneumatic Actuator), under goes a complete operating test (Open/Close). This test carried out without pressure and at ambient temperature. It ensures the correct operation of the valve / actuator assembly with accessories such as solenoid valve, limit switches, air filter regulator etc.
Special Test: On request, any other test can be carried out according to special instruction by client.

INTRODUCTION

Universal:

The new check valve body and the valve disc can be arbitrarily selected, any one of the valve body and valve combination, can achieve a good check, so if the valve seal or a problem check effect, can replace the valve body or the valve, the valve will not affect the performance, troubleshooting. Old check valve can only be used for one to one, the valve can only be replaced by the entire valve problems, resulting in direct economic losses.

More Economic:

new valve flap repeatedly open, rocker impact valve cover to control the degree of opening the valve, long time impact on a site, a long time will certainly be damaged, the new check valve damage is rocker, as long as the replacement shake Arm valve and can work properly. Tight seal:
